How to delete it

Open CatPeePoop and go to the ⓘ tab at the bottom.
Find Account near the top.
Tap Delete account — the small underlined link.
Read the warning and confirm.

It takes effect straight away. There is nothing to wait for and no reply to expect.

If you no longer have the app

Email beoms6000@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, and ask for your account to be deleted. We remove it within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm from that address — that is the only way to tell it is you.

What is deleted

Your sign-in: email address and account identifier.
Records kept in the cloud: pee and poop counts, weight, notes, play time.
Cat profiles kept in the cloud: name, birthday, sex.
The record of your subscription — which store it came from and when it runs out.

All of it is erased, not archived. It cannot be brought back afterwards, by you or by us.

What is not deleted

The records on your phone. They are yours and they stay. To remove them, delete them in the app or uninstall it.
Your subscription. Deleting the account does not cancel it. Cancel it in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions, or the App Store under Subscriptions.
What the store keeps. Google and Apple hold their own purchase records for accounting and tax. We cannot delete those, and neither can you.

Deleting only some of it

You do not have to delete the account to remove data. Deleting a single day's record, or a whole cat profile, removes it from the cloud too. Your account and the rest of your records stay.

How long anything is kept

Nothing is kept after deletion. Operational backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and are gone within 30 days; they are never read back into the app.
